Program Analyst

Job Description Program Analyst Learning Team The Learning Team Program Analyst will contribute to the Learning Team by providing product process oversight and product maintenance support. This position will be responsible for monitoring diverse team needs and responsibilities and maintaining a holistic and comprehensive solution orientation for the group. The Program Analyst will support the entire team in attaining its goals.


Product Development Support:

  • Maintain updates to product development project plans
  • Monitor updates from Development and Product Management teams and ensure that Learning Team is kept current on all product updates
  • Maintain Learning Team production environment so that all members have access to materials as they are developed
  • Prepare agendas for Learning Team meetings to include: meeting goal and objectives, agenda items, progress reports and follow-up items
  • Ensure follow-up items are addressed by team members
  • Monitor and report on product usage rates o Collect and organize user feedback for analysis

Product Version Control:

  • Keep records of current versions and past revisions of all products
  • Ensure that current versions are posted and available to all users
  • Communicate updates to internal and external users and stakeholders


  • Work with others to secure meeting space, catering, etc. for on-site training sessions .
  • Help Learning Team secure travel arrangements
  • Work with others to ensure that all users have access to Learning Team products (proper lDs and passwords)
  • Ensure that all necessary technology for on-site and web-based training sessions is operational


  • Work with others to ensure that Learning Team software licenses are up-to-date
  • Work with others to ensure that all hosting platform licenses are up-to-date


  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate concisely and effectively with others .
  • Ability to sort through complex situations and requirements to realize desired outcomes
  • Ability to maintain a project plan and some familiarity with project management planning
  • Ability to maintain software licenses and user access to systems
  • Familiarity with enterprise software applications .
  • Ability to manage-up, when necessary
  • Ability to juggle complex schedules
  • Familiarity with software development and training support
  • Familiarity with online webinars and associated applications
