The Rosenberg global production engineering team is responsible for maintaining the engine that drives a highly sophisticated investment process. As a member of the Production Engineering team, you will gain a deep understanding of complex production processes within quantitative asset management. You will work closely with all aspects of the business including critical areas such as Trading, Operations, Portfolio Management and Client Service.  The role is US based but operates as part of a global team and you will benefit from learning through daily contact with colleagues in California and Singapore. You will use your technical ability to help solve critical production issues.




Your mission:

  • Maintain, qualify, enhance and support daily, weekly and monthly investment processes
  • Build relationships with the most critical teams in the investment platform; research, portfolio managers, traders and operations.


  • Implement, improve, coordinate releases, troubleshoot and administer the investment process globally and develop/support a series of Decision Support tools to enable the investment teams to act upon the recommendations produced by the investment process in a timely manner

  • Identify and resolve, or coordinate resolution of technical issues, investigating, communicating and solving issues that occur between the trading systems and the operational and engineering systems with which they interface

Minimum qualifications:

  • Under graduate degree
  • Advanced degree or demonstrated skills in Computer Science, Mathematics or related technical field preferred

  • Experience with Java C#/C++/database and scripting (Perl) skills
