We are hiring Product Manager in Philadelphia, PA 19103. This Product Manager is responsible for the development and translation of Product Requirements for the Product Development team.

Product Development/Product Management

Product Requirements Manager/Analyst will be focused on supporting product development efforts for Salesforce-based workflow orchestration tool. This position will include documenting the product vision in a clear, concise format so that stakeholders can understand the scope of the project and develop deliverables and schedules against it.

  • Provide support gathering requirements from multiple engineering teams, business operations teams and field leaders to document product requirements, feature and product overviews
  • Document product requirements in the form of Rally Features and User Stories. Provide support in translating detailed PRDs into Rally Features and User Stories.
  • Support organization and maintenance of Rally workspace for effective Sprint Planning and grooming on behalf of the Product Management team
  • Present easily understood Rally views and summaries to the Product team
  • Proactively present high priority Features and User Stories to Product team in anticipation of upcoming Iteration. Recommend prioritized order to facilitate discussion and speed the planning process for Product team
  • Provide support to the Product Management team, as needed, in areas including reporting, documentation, and drafting presentations.
  • Attend planning and management meetings, explain team priorities, summarize discussion topics, present recommendations to core team for development priorities
  • Communicate regularly with various engineering teams and distil important facts quickly to avoid consuming development time
  • Meet with Business Operations and cross-functional teams to understand product requirements. Distil important facts quickly to avoid consuming too much time from Operations teams
  • Supporting user acceptance/system testing of features/functionality
  • Supporting trial experience and deployment of tool


  • Product Requirements deliverables (PRDs, user stories, trial support, etc.)
  • Status reports


  • Bachelor's degree or Equivalent. Study in engineering, operations or related discipline (not required but helpful).
  • Years Experience- 2-4 years product management or related experience
  • Experience in the telecommunications/cable, access networks or construction preferred
  • Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills and ability to tell a cohesive story
  • Strong self-motivation, follow-through, positive attitude. Show a willingness to see the entire process through to completion
  • Ability to make sound decisions and prioritize based on established strategies
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Rally experience preferred
