Futuredontics is hiring a Product Manager to work on high-traffic web products for both desktop and mobile. You will have an opportunity to join our product team in the early stages of development and help continue to build a recently launched new-to-market product. In this role, you will help drive the product vision, business requirements, and post-launch feature evolution and adoption. You will work closely with product, user experience design, marketing, business development, engineering, data, and leadership teams to identify and define key features, complementary products and services, business opportunities, and drive innovation to bring this new product and other new products and services to market. You will have a high degree of ownership and take on challenging and high-visibility projects. A successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, embrace ambiguity with critical, analytical thinking, and drive end-to-end product development with buy in from key stakeholders. 

Key responsibilities will include: 

  • Defining the main customer-facing experience for interacting with the product(s) – customer & consumer journey maps
  • Implementing a data strategy, including defining internal KPIs and externally-facing services
  • Writing detailed, crisp business requirements that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and services
  • Visualizing the product requirements in collaboration with UI/UX designers 
  • Generating buy-in for the product vision with leadership and with key partner teams 
  • Creating and maintaining an optimized and logically sequenced product roadmap
  • Managing prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance, and operational support load 
  • Conducting data analysis to drive decision making and identify key challenges and opportunities 



  • 3+ years of product management experience
  • Mobile application experience
  • Delivery of B2B and B2C web products
  • UI/UX experience preferred
  • Succeeded in delivering technology products/services in a high growth environment
  • Demonstrated experience effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
  • Exceptional communication and data analysis skills
  • Experience with data-driven product decision making
  • Experience with A/B testing and user testing
  • Strong command of agile development processes and rituals
