POSITION PROFILE

As a Portfolio Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the outbound marketing activities for your services IEnterprise Content Management and Business Process Outsourcing). You will craft the messaging and positioning for your services (ECM and BPO). You will conceive and develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits are crucial.  You will be the expert in buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria and will transfer that knowledge to the organization (services strategy, services development, sales, demand generation, etc.).

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establishes marketing plans relative to New Launches and existing Portfolio offerings.
  • Creates buyer personas for assigned categories and aligns programs to corporate goals.
  • Interprets win/loss analysis and adjusts messaging / content and programs to reflect findings.
  • Defines customer buying behaviors and the addressable market for current and new services.
  • SME contributions to content creation & direction.
  • Guides new offerings through market readiness process.
  • Responsible to track and manage key performance indicators and scorecards for launch related programs.
  • Monitors monthly reports and reviews wins to identify repeatability and drives associated programs
  • Executes on the decisions to prune/sunset offerings and helps ensure proper transitions are in place from a program management perspective.
  • Surveys customer master, customers & industry data to identify potential go to market strategies for assigned category and white space opportunities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)

  • Typically Requires:
  • Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience with and significant depth of knowledge managing a services portfolio
  • Mininum of 7 years of experience managing services processes and bringing new services to market
  • Experience with product/software/services development processes a plus
  • Pragmatic Marketing training a plus (Foundations, Market, Launch, Price)
  • Previous experience with Enterprise Content Management and/or Business Process Outsourcing services preferred
  • Project Management and Six-Sigma experience preferred
