Minimum Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Management Information Systems; OR equivalent experience

- 2 years of IT experience

- Experience with operational metrics/reporting tools

- Experience creating training material, and documentation

- Strong analytical skills required.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

The PMO Generalist will work closely with PMO Leadership team to deliver & improve operational excellence across the PMO NA organization. This position will provide support to teams/stakeholders, and maintain the measures, processes and tools required to manage our operations across the NA PMO teams.

In addition, this role will lead the gathering and presentation of operations metrics as well as perform governance audits.


50% Enablement & Coordination

- Ensure consistency across the NA PMO related to operations activities

- Recommend, lead and participate in Process Improvement activities

- Validate accuracy of program / project financial data

- Perform Data Quality audits

- Identify metrics and monitor them to improve NA PMO operational performance

- Process Onboarding and Offboarding requests for team

- Expert on Clarizen

- Maintain PMO SharePoint site

- General communications

40% PMO Reporting

- Maintains dashboard/metrics, scorecards on NA PMO operations

- Collaborate with stakeholder groups (EPMO, PMO, etc) to gather requirements for reporting needs

- Maintain reporting of operation metrics and commentary

- Accountable for the quality management of the operational processes. Reports on actual results including: periodic quality reviews, managing outcomes, defining and tracking measures, providing data analysis and information as needed to managers.

- Partner with ePMO team to provide regional reporting of metrics, scorecards and standard reports.

- Continue to mature reporting processes through the application and adoption of industry best practices

10% Business Partnership

- Champion collaboration and enable delivery in a team environment

- Create and maintain strong working relationships with the EPMO, Regional PMO, and other teams

- Effectively engage in change management activities
