job summary:

Looking for a Systems Administrator with PeopleFluent experience for a six month contract in Jersey City NJ.

Extension are likely and possible eventual conversion to FTE.

HR Systems Administrator - PeopleFluent

This position will administer the global Recruiting and Performance Management systems. Responsibilities include: including business process analysis, design, configuration, security administration, report and dashboard development, system integration, system updates, training and communication

Activities and Responsibilities:

- Work with team members to understand business needs and objectives, troubleshoot data and systems issues, recommend solutions and implement process efficiencies, enhancements and fixes within the context of approved methods.

- Facilitate vendor system upgrades and enhancements. Track software releases, review vendor release notes, perform impact analyses on existing business processes, consult with division, and coordinate user acceptance testing. Prepare test scripts and perform system configuration. Track vendor service requests to final resolution; escalate as necessary.

- Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular system audits including maintenance and update of master tables, develop and/or assign security roles as well as ensuring appropriate system access.

- Define and document the functional requirements for application or system as determined by division colleagues; translate business requirements for system configuration. Maintain documentation history of all system changes.

- Plan and develop training sessions for users; develop the training schedule, coordinate training sessions, prepare training materials and design and implement training modules.

Knowledge/Experience required:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience as systems administrator for the PeopleFluent talent management suite, including Recruiting Administration, Performance Administration, Site Administration, Reporting, and Security.

- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience preferred.

- Experience providing end-user support and training.

- Experience managing data feeds/interfaces, including error log troubleshooting.

- Ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment. Must be a self-starter comfortable interacting with many system stakeholders.

- Knowledge of Recruiting and other HR processes.

- Proficient with Excel and MS Office.

- Some experience with business analysis and requirements development.

- Knowledge of the PeopleSoft HRMS is a plus.
