This fast paced Sr. position requires on-site desktop support in Charlotte, NC. Candidate will provide platinum level desktop support to roughly 1200 high touch traders/executives/admins/sales and support staff. Provides desktop support services for both software and hardware for the organization. Will be well versed in identifying and developing methods, techniques, diagnostic tools or criteria to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve moderately complex desktop and desktop related hardware, software, operating systems and network problems. Analyzes client/trader needs and reviews technical alternatives to determine their impact on the client and systems environment. Participates in the planning, installation and implementation of new or modified desktop and desktop related hardware, software, applications or operating systems to meet clients requirements. Provides and updates documentation and knowledgebase articles for support related activities. Major contributor to business and enterprise focused project work. Provides leadership in resolution of desktop related compliance remediation efforts. Participates in planning and execution of desktop related IMAC work. Rotating shift and on-call pager support and occasional after hours work are to be expected.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of PC/LAN analysis experience5 + years of experience with Desktop and OS (WIN10) Life Cycle Management integration or support2+ years of experience supporting Windows 10 OS3+ years of LAN (Local Area Network) experience3+ years of mobile platforms experience 5+ years of MS Active Directory experience3 + years of PowerShell scripting experience

Intermediate troubleshooting and problem solving skills with Windows XP and WindowsDesktop and laptop hardware configurations experience including: Dell, HP and LenovoExperience supporting printer configuration, repairs, and maintenanceStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsScripting and automation experiencePAC2000 experienceExperience supporting Citrix infrastructure and hosted applications1+ year of experience with encryption technologies
