Your day in the role will include...
  • Assisting clients in the selection, implementation, and support of SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
  • Lead multiple projects or lead to implement new functionalities and improve existing functionalities including articulating, analyzing requirements and translating them into effective solutions
You will come with...
  • Knowledge and experience in implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support.
  • Experience in leading requirements workshops, designing Solution Blueprints and getting Customer sign offs on deliverables
  • Experience in working with teams to prioritize work and drive system solutions by clearly articulating business needs

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • 8 -10 plus years of SAP Customer Relationship Management experience
  • 2 FULL life-cycle implementations of SAP CRM
  • 4 plus years of experience with SAP CRM B2B/B2C ISA/WCEM, Mobile, CIC Customer Interaction Center, WebUI
  • Expertise in SAP CRM end to end Lead to Cash process including Marketing, Sales and Service and Internet Pricing Configuration (IPC)/SSC
  • Extensive experience in SAP CRM Middleware, integration with non-SAP systems through Web-services, Web-Methods or using SAP PO / CPI or any other middleware
  • Performed detail system analysis, develop functional and technical specifications
  • Ability to lead Workshops, end to end Scoping, estimations and solution independently
  • Customer facing, good communication, presentation and writing skills
  • Having advised and delivered solutions in SAP CRM space in a client facing role



Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • SAP CRM Certification preferred
  • Expertise in handling migration projects to SAP CRM or S/4HANA for Customer Management
  • Understand Technical architecture and code base
  • Loyalty Management, Incentive and Commission Management, Partner Channel Management, Trade Promotion Management.
