One of our Philadelphia clients has an immediate need for an Oracle HCM Specialist.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provides technical development and support for Oracle eBusiness Systems Modules.
  • Collaborates with customers to ascertain system specifications and business/technical requirements to create spec documents that meet their needs.
  • Responsible for completion of all required Change Management tasks and relevant SOX control requirements (if applicable).
  • Utilize industry accepted project management principles, methodologies, tools, and best practices throughout the project life cycle.
  • Acquire and utilizes business knowledge by taking advantage of available resources (internet, books, periodicals, classes/workshops, conferences, etc.) to develop and foster business expertise solutions.
  • Tracking deliverable and provide reporting to management as needed.
  • Willing to travel up to 10%


The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree from a 4 year accredited university, or 10 years of related industry or technical experience is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with the following Oracle E-Business Suite HCM modules: Core HR, Self-Service HR, Workflow & AME.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with personalizing Oracle self-service pages
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with customizing Oracle self-service pages specific to SSHR
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with jDeveloper and OA Framework.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with HRMS US Payroll and W2 process.
  • Experience with CWB, OAB, OTL, OLM is preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with the following Oracle Development Tools: Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, BI-Publisher, Web-ADI, Discoverer, Workflow, and SQL Loader.
  • Proven experience in development, implementations, production support, and upgrades.
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite: R12.
  • Experience with Oracle RDBMS: 10g/11g running on 64-bit HP-UX 11i.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware suite of products.
  • Experience with Oracle Developer 10g (Forms, Reports, BI-Publisher, Workflow).
  • Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence (HR Analytics).
  • Experience with Toad, Sql*Plus, and UNIX.
  • Willingness to work toward and achieve management directed goals and objectives.
  • Possesses a customer-focused and team-oriented attitude.
  • Effectively demonstrates verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to troubleshooting and identify appropriate recommendations/solutions.
  • Ability to work and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
