Enterprise Platform Services (EPS) is a strategic component of the Enterprise CIO (ECIO) operating model and provides critical global technology functions & capabilities and enables efficient & effective engineering and operations of technology platforms across Wells Fargo. In addition, we take an enterprise view to drive platform standards and consistency. EPS provides secure, scalable, common, and re-usable platform services & solutions that align with EIT and business priorities. The EPS vision is to transform Wells Fargos capabilities to build, test, and run software better, faster, and safer. Additionally, EPSs culture is geared towards implementing an engineering first mindset with an aim to automate and integrate our tools and functions, wherever possible.

Enterprise Platform Services is comprised of the following organizations, all of which provide services and support across the enterprise:

Enterprise Quality Engineering (EQE) is responsible for quality engineering and testing services; Enterprise Platform Engineering (EPE) is responsible for engineering and supporting common platform services and solutions for the CIO teams; DevOps Engineering and Operations (DOE) is responsible for engineering and operations in the build and release of software in alignment with our strategic DevOps toolchain; Enterprise Platform Operations (EPO), a newly emerging organization that will be inclusive of the following practices: ECIO Application Monitoring and Logging, ECIO Operational Controls and Application Operations; EIT International is responsible for strategy and operational management of services provided to team members based in international locations and for partnering with the various lines of businesses in the delivery of the solutions needed to support their clients outside of the U.S.

The EPS Strategy and Business Services team helps turn EPSs vision into reality and clears organizational roadblocks to successful execution. We partner with EPS leaders and HR, Risk, Finance, Projects and Communications on EPS strategy articulation, financial analytics, initiative and project portfolio management, control processes, service management and team member engagement. The team plays a crucial role towards developing, implementing, and executing EPSs vision, values, and goals. We are focused on ensuring our organization is properly established and managed to ensure long-term success for our team members, clients, and the Wells Fargo enterprise.

The EPS Strategy and Business Services team is looking for a well-rounded individual to assist in coordinating and organizing support for EPS leadership to ensure consistent, quality administrative processes and balanced administrative coverage.

Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Manage and improve all administrative activities for EPM including new resource onboarding, location strategy, administrative support, office management, contract signing; Optimize the end-to-end onboarding process for new resources in alignment with policies; Act as a liaison to Corporate Properties regarding space planning and building issues; Develop principles to review and disposition requests as proxy (share drives, role access, sharepoint, etc); Identify inefficient support processes and optimize for consistency creating office management procedures, control reporting and governance plan; Compile and/or use information and data (e.g., resource, location and seat usage data) and prepare moderately complex reports using appropriate software; Manage and streamline invoice, contract signature and license renewals processes; Establish a master calendar of key administrative events and deliverables; Prepare and review expense reports for policy compliance including Travel & Expense; Coordinate small projects that span EPS; Provide support in the planning of employee engagement, events and activities such as Town Halls, Ask Me Anything sessions; Provide direction and support for an EPS recognition program, in line with EIT activities, and manage the go-forward program; Contribute to team culture and dynamic by setting example for cooperation, continual drive to improve administrative processes, desire to learn and helping others to succeed; Ability to anticipate needs of leaders as they conduct critical tasks.

  • Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.

    6+ years of operations experience2+ years of management experience in an operations environment
