Responsible for providing accurate and timely customer set ups, including Vendor, Dealer & Rates & Terms set ups. Primary EMEA contact for all COMS (Customer Online Management System) customer set ups & queries. Be able to act as back-up for any Electronic Invoicing (EDI) testing deployment as well as daily EDI reconciliation. Be able to work as part of a small Team & perform 4 eye checks on daily activities to ensure a high level of accuracy. Be part of the wider CDF Operations Team & assist on core Operations tasks as and when needed.

Responsibilities:
  • To ensure the timely and accurate set up of Vendors, Dealers & customer Rates & Terms in the operating system
  • To respond in a timely manner to any customer set up queries on the Operating system AIMS
  • To ensure the timely and accurate set up of customers on COMS & respond to COMS queries (internal & external)
  • To become a Subject Matter Expert being able to provide support, guidance & training to the outsourced Team & CDF Commercial & Risk Teams on operational processes
  • Proactively support operating system testing & development
  • To become a backup for any Electronic Invoicing (EDI) reconciliation
  • To ensure all processes are compliant at all times and supported by fully up to date documentation, including process maps, procedures, and policy documents
  • To assist in Operations Audits undertaken by EMEA Audit Team, CAS or external auditors, as well as supporting & providing monthly reporting to meet CDF Regulatory requirements
  • To provide holiday/sickness cover for other Operations Team members
  • To identify process improvements within own area of expertise and wider Operations Team and take responsibility for implementing these ideas to enhance performance and productivity
