job summary:

Project Overview

  • You will work with our customers and internal teams/systems to help customers transition their historical data to Google when they adopt one of our new enterprise software-as-a-service products.
  • Our goal is to have all of the customer's historical data migrated within days or weeks from them signing up, as we believe customers should begin gaining value from our product as quickly as possible

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

Managing multiple large datasets through ETL process while maintaining data integrity & quality Manage customer expectations and internal deliverables to ensure timely and efficient customer on-boarding Work with and/or develop internal tools to process and transform large arbitrary datasets

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Use tools that parse and/or transform data from one source or format to another, and import it into our product Use an understanding of our product, products that customers may bringing their data from, and the industry, to adjust and assure the quality of data
  • Communicate with customers via email to help them gather the right data, understand special requirements, and help them integrate simple JavaScript code into their websites
  • Document processes for extracting data from different sources, transforming that data, and loading it into our systems

BA/BS degree in Business Administration and/or related discipline, 5 years practical work experience

skills: Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration and/or related discipline, 5 years practical work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a Quality Data Analyst role
  • 2+ years of experience working with ETL and SQL
  • 2+ years experience with reporting tools and/or scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, shell scripts, etc.)
  • 2+ years of technical customer support/quality assurance experience for an enterprise software-as-a-service solution
  • HTML and CSS experience
  • Must have 2+ years of experience with analyzing and troubleshooting complex data for quality and integrity; plus proficiency in multitasking. (must be able to speak to this during the interview, with examples)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with BigQuery is a Plus!
  • Manual and automated quality assurance (QA) experience
  • JavaScript experience
  • Documentation experience
  • G Suite experience
