Job Description:

  • Responsible for overseeing, managing and providing work direction to the teams that perform risk oversight for CCS COR Complaints.
  • Implementing a CCS COR complaints program that aligns with the Corporate Complaints Policy
  • Monitoring pre/post compliance reviews on complaints to ensure adherence to service levels
  • Conducting reviews and assisting teams with volumes of work, which includes reviewing complaint response letters and determining appropriateness of response, if there is potential for remediation and related regulations that need to be flagged on the complaint case
  • Assist the CCS Executive Office with various escalation questions and reviews outside of the high risk process and post review process
  • Build and sustain relationships with peers, CCS EO, other similar EO/compliance teams in the enterprise
  • Provide project support and consultation as needed
  • Manage a team of Operation Risk Consultants and be responsible for the overall management (hiring, training, development, coaching, engagement, feedback & corrective action).
  • Manage budget and capacity planning to ensure appropriate staffing based on forecasted complaint volumes
  • Create and maintain compliance procedures
  • Align work practices and standards with peers in the U.S.
  • Represent the department or function at broader level
  • Take a lead role in developing and implementing best practices
  • Identify training needs and provide assistance for team member growth
  • Performance management
  • Maintain desired staffing level
  • Responsible for accurate, consistent, and timely production metric/analytical reporting and communication to U.S. leadership team
  • Manage the shared mailbox (incoming work) and assign to team members in the U.S. and EGS
  • Identifying risks and/or gaps through trending analysis and report results to stakeholders
  • Create and maintain executive level monthly reporting to demonstrate status, results, trends and areas of focus
