Job Description:
  • Conducting timely pre-response compliance reviews on high risk complaints for the CCS Executive Office. The reviews include ensuring appropriateness of resolution, review of response letter and determining if there is potential for remediation and related regulations that need to be flagged on the complaint case.
  • Conducting timely post-compliance reviews on 10% of complaints, adhoc reviews. Internal errors and third party complaints that were not reviewed during the pre-compliance review process. Review will include determining if there is potential for remediation and related regulations that need to be flagged on the complaint case.
  • Assist the CCS Executive Office with various escalation questions and reviews outside of the high risk process and post review process
  • Partner with CCS COR SMEs and legal during compliance reviews, as needed
  • Partner with the Root Cause Analysis teams to determine if a deep dive review needs to be conducted or potential C2C opportunities
  • Identifying risks and/or gaps through trending analysis and report results to stakeholders
  • Partner with U.S. peers, CCS EO, other similar EO/compliance teams in the enterprise
  • Proven excellence in verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to identify root-cause issues/improvement opportunities, and design approaches/programs/products to improve overall quality assurance
  • Knowledge of U.S. federal regulatory requirements and working with legal
  • Proven ability to independently manage assignments effectively and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Proven experience in building partnerships, collaborating and influencing business partners
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and deliver quality work under tight time lines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy with solid critical thinking skills
  • Ability to independently provide a written summary with recommendations on operational data
  • Ability to interpret and apply operational policies and procedures
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
