This team member will be responsible for business solutions, technical operations, maintenance and relationship management between Trust Systems vendors, technical support teams, and business lines for Trust systems applications including SEI/Trust 3000. SEI Trust 3000 is the trust and investment accounting system. It supports the system-of-record data base that accounts for all the assets held by Wells Fargo Bank on behalf of the Trust Utility consisting of 11 Trust business lines. This position will also actively participate in the support design of the Next Paradigm and SWP project, which will replace the SEI/Trust 3000 system, redefining process flows and have an impact on most applications and business lines supported within Trust Systems Technology.

This team member will be the main contact for the processing of Wealth SRD, Retirement EBR, InvestOne, TPS (Trust Payment System), TPS Checks/Advices and Corporate Trust SEI SPECTR Statements. Will monitor statement processing and works closely with MARS to ensure statements are loaded and viewable to customers. The role is one of a few key statement experts on the TST Infrastructure Support team and needs to work closely with the developer and will deploy OpenText (Xenos) code to the various systems as well as the supporting programs as needed. This position is also responsible for working with the business to process any test files. The role acts as the lead technology partner for any key statement issues, problems, questions, and tracking of monthly statements.

This position is also the main support for the XSP application. The XSP application is used by the business to record and track Corporate Actions. The XSP application receives files/messages from Xcitek and DTCC. Will monitor the daily processes to load files/messages, queries the database to troubleshoot issues, installs new versions of the software as provided by the vendor as well as working with the business on any issues/questions that they have. This position is also responsible for support of our other applications including Trust Gateway, Yardi, CDV and Compliance applications. The position is part of our TST On-Call support team. The TST on-call team is a small team of only a few resources with the specific Trust knowledge and expertise to understand the impacts of large volumes of high risk direct client impact intra-day and overnight jobs. This position also provides support for the patching of servers, both Unix and Windows as well as installing quarterly Java updates.

3+ years of SQL experience3+ years of 3rd party vendor application development experience5+ years of operating systems analysis experience, operating systems engineering experience, or a combination of both
