Enterprise Information Security is seeking an Operating Systems Analyst to support the Application Pen Testing virtual machine infrastructure.

In this role, you will also work with the DAST (Dynamic Application Security Testing) Manager and Information Security Engineers to maintain and secure the existing virtual machine infrastructure and configure, build new VMs as needed. Communication with the business security team, application pen testing teams and management, Infrastructure Planning, Vulnerability Remediation Team, other Information Security Engineers, Sourcing and Operational Compliance/Readiness contacts is critical in this role.

The Operating Systems Analyst will:

  • Be expected to perform server OS and Software updates/patches for maintenance to ensure the servers are compliant with corporate policies.
  • Assisting with the coordination of VM installs.
  • Analyzes and uses vendor specifications and other diagnostic tools to troubleshoot complex systems software and/or hardware problems, resolves issues or escalates as needed to meet established service level agreements.
  • Assists with efforts to maintain, restore or improve service and determines when maintenance support is needed.
  • Participates in projects associated with implementation of upgrades, installations, modifications, customizations and/or testing, completes moderately complex programming and testing tasks.
  • Updates and completes documentation, procedures and user guides.
  • Inventory tracking.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and constant change of priority
  • Maintain process documentation for support of virtual machine infrastructure
  • Improve processes related to the ADAST and DAST programs
  • Provide support of ADAST and DAST offshore resources
  • Create appropriate actionable metrics for EIS to provide visibility of patching and vulnerability detailed level status
  • Meet with and provide updates to EIS management on issues and status regarding the virtual machine infrastructure
  • Prepare other ad hoc management level and audit material/documentation as required

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of operating systems analysis experience
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Windows 2012 Server support experience
  • 1+ years of deploying or managing operating system security patches
  • 1+ years of experience with Active Directory and Group Policy creation and maintenance
  • 1+ years of experience with automating processes and administrative tasks via scripting tools

Other Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Hewlett Packard Systems Administration (HPSA) for software deployments and compliance
  • Experience with PAC2000/Remedy problem ticket and change request modules
  • Knowledge/experience with Wells Fargo policies and server support processes
  • Knowledge/experience with pen testing software HP Web Inspect and IBM AppScan

Job Expectations

  • Ability to work additional hours as needed
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
