We are seeking highly motivated individuals to develop the next generation of IT solutions to drive growth and innovation. We are looking for an experienced IT professional with broad experience in designing services and tools to integrate our supply chain and order management functions to a vast array of modern customer centric sales motions. Looking for individuals who can innovate and take ideas from concept to implementation while providing leadership and direction to teams.


This person will contribute to the successful delivery of the company's' transformation, specifically delivery of the NextGen IT core initiatives within Sales, Sales Ops and Supply chain organization.


Responsibilities:


- Establishes and maintains relationships with key tactical leaders and business implementation leads. Uses deep business knowledge of multiple businesses or sub- domains to drive engagement for major IT initiatives. Influences overall IT and business planning; engages in strategic business planning where there is IT impact.


- Experience working with multiple service providers. Ability to schedule and facilitate 'intro' calls between and act as a problem solver/point of escalation when teams are stuck or need help.


- Effective at gathering and communicating out status, issues, and challenges in a professional and organized way


- Schedule flexibility and ability to facilitate calls/meetings at early or late hours at times.


- Keep drum-beat on multiple threads to ensure teams get off the ground are running


- General Application-to-Application Integration project management experience


- "Comfortable" managing disparate teams to meet very aggressive timelines in a fast work environment.


- Actively participates in IT projects to ensure that business, function, and geography "customers" are included appropriately and ensures that they receive sufficient and timely communications


- Drive project execution activities from initiation through closure.


- Develops request for proposals/quote, works to develop project proposals and statements of work, and other engagement activities with IT service providers.


- A preponderance of time is spent in strategic and creative problem solving. Demonstrates broad project leadership, impacting significant technical direction; exerts influence outside of immediate team and drives change.


- Provides leadership to teams and integrates leadership expertise and business understanding to create superior solutions for the company and customers. Consults with team members and other organizations, customer and vendors on complex issues.


- Ensure timely and successful project outcomes through close attention to processes and procedures


- Partner closely with NextGen IT program lead and cross-functional teams on deployment planning and release execution.


- Communicates tactical IT decisions and plans and works to achieve alignment with relevant areas of the business, function, and geography. Adept at communicating appropriately based on audience/purpose -- technical teams and IT/business executives.


Education and Experience Required:


- Typically a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years of related experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 8 years' experience.


Knowledge and Skills:


- At least 8 years of experience ensuring the successful management of large scale initiatives using both waterfall and Agile (or hybrid Agile) methodologies.


- Has an understanding of ERP systems and oversees change management, development and quality delivery.


- Fast to act with excellent organizational skills


- Positive, high-energy, 'can do' attitude


- Knowledge of a complex enterprise IT environment and its support in the role of corporate objectives. Must have experience working with multi-geography cross-functional teams


- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated influencing skills, high level of technical and team leadership skills and ability to partner effectively with business resources


- Experience working with multiple IT service providers and solution integrators preferred


- Ability to manage projects of high complexity with no or limited direction;


- Ability to build relationship and influence other members of the organization to help achieve goals and increase performance;


- Excellent presentation, training, and interpersonal skills;


- Demonstrated advanced problem solving abilities and strong attention to detail;


- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools; including Skype.
