Job Description: Provides advice on methods and recommends changes in project management processes, standards and strategies. Oversees the acquisition, analysis and dissemination of subject matter knowledge. Conducts and reviews detailed analyses of costs/benefits, risks, workflow. In a consultative capacity, provides technical and business knowledge to clients. Develops position statements on complex subject matter questions. Provides resolution of major issues and manages project interdependencies and handoffs. Establishes project plans and manages deadlines. Minimum Job Specs: Bachelors Degree in technology, finance, business or equivalent. MBA, CPA or CFA a plus. At least 10 years of related professional experience - either in financial operations or systems design. Extensive knowledge of business functions. Excellent analytical skills. Temporary-New Technology/Integration/Transformation Project Manager

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of EthicsPoint (by Navex) as the bank's reporting of concerns hotline and employee conduct case management system. You will be required to maintain the highest level of integrity in working with confidential information and to demonstrate the highest level of discretion and professionalism. Areas of focus include:

- Develop and manage a comprehensive project plan for the implementation of EthicsPoint as a hotline and case management system

- Supervise third party configuration of EthicsPoint to suit the case management needs of multiple corporate groups, including Audit, Employee Relations, Security, Legal and Ethics

- Manage integration of EthicsPoint with HRIS system (WorkDay) and other case management systems utilized at the bank (e.g., Archer)

- Oversee the sunsetting of a case management system currently used by Employee Relations, including determination of requirements for information access and preservation

- Work with cross-functional workstreams to complete review and approval processes arising out of global regulatory requirements, such as data privacy and employment law (e.g., EU workers councils)

- Oversee resolution of issues and troubleshooting of new system following go-live

- Develop procedures and SLAs for ongoing vendor management and hand off to centrally managed services

- Assist with the development of intake and routing protocols, SLAs, operating guidelines, communications, training and hand off to global system administrators and users

- Assist with the build out of additional supporting frameworks and methodologies as required to operationalize processes (e.g., reporting, tracking, notification, counseling and other processes)


- Bachelor's degree in business or similar analytical field

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in managing and implementing new technology solutions, preferably in human resources, ethics, compliance or other corporate control function

- Operational excellence mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines

- High level of attention to detail

- Proven communication, consulting, interpersonal and influencing skills

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive execution at all levels within the organization on a global basis

- Demonstrated ability to build strong professional relationships

- What type of software skills is an absolute must have? Experienced with implementing and integrating new systems

- Work environment: would they be working independently or being working within a team? With a team

o How is this team comprised? Cross functional work streams involving different corporate groups, as well as the Data Privacy Office

o Would they be responsible for presenting any information? Yes

o Are you willing to review candidates that are not local but would relocate for this position? Would you do Skype interviews in this case? I don't think there would be budget for relocation, so candidate should be local

o What will the interview process entail (phone screen, face to face, meet with team, etc) Probably phone screen first then face to face

- What would this person's day-to-day look like once they are onboard? Busy day with lots of meetings; full day but probably no weekends.

- Will there be any training provided or would the need to jump right in first day? I will provide lots of background information and context.
