job summary:

As a Networking Training Technical Program manager you will oversee the delivery of Developer trainings for network Builders Ecosystem partners. You will, lead the development of processes and technical content, and liaison with Subject Matter experts and assigned Training delivery vendors. The ideal candidate is a seasoned IT professional with a strong technical background. They should possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, the ability to effectively define scope, manage delivery, and be able to work within technical constraints under a time constrained environment. You should be excited about being at the forefront of Network Transformation technologies and playing a role in helping the Industry go the next level of virtualization using company technologies.

responsibilities:

- Lead the development of new training materials

- Work with Subject Matter experts and condense their learnings into a scope that can be actionable by an outside vendor/3rd party

- Understand the expertise of the SMEs provided by the vendor/3rd party , understand the content already developed on the subject identified and curate it before provide to the vendor as starting point for content development

- Understand the hardware requirements for the scoped training/s and come back to the team on a clear ask

- Work with the lab support to create the set up required for the training

- Program manage the training development

- Be present at the trainings and interact with the participants and come back to the company with customer feedback

- Be part of the overall training planning process so the company can deliver trainings which enables their customers build deployable solutions faster

 
qualifications:

Skills required:

- Comprehensive technical expertise in network and systems engineering

- Demonstrated project management and content creation skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and set priorities

- Bachelor's degree EE/ECE

- 1-5 years in a technical lead or management role

- traveling 25%+ to delivery trainings to top tier organizations

- Strong English is required

At least 3 buckets out of the following broader buckets:

- Experience in NFV & 5G ecosystem - capable of creating demonstrable assets for customers

- Good understanding of architectural components of 5G and MEC ecosystem including but not limited to FlexRAN, Mobile edge, Akraino, uCPE, vCPE, CORD

- Experience in creating code samples / snippets

- Experience of Operating systems, Linux, Device Drivers, Hypervisors and Architecture
