Wells Fargo WWM Data Services Technology team is seeking a Microstrategy Developer to work on Wells Fargo Enterprise Data Technology team to partner and work closely with Wells Fargo Advisors business (WFA) and Technology (WIMT) teams. Most of the data initiatives drive WIMT systems to develop, build, deliver efficient report solutions and capability that drive the reporting of risk metrics, compliance reporting, etc. These reports are leveraged to deliver information to our Advisors in which we are able to produce queries and analysis of their book of business. This information is used to provide insight and information to Advisors in which allow them to gather data about their practice and clients, which can be used in many ways to support business initiatives. Examples include determining if they are meeting firm standards or right sizing their book of business. WFA obtains significant benefits from this reporting software by providing Advisors the ability to perform analysis on their practice and books of business to mitigate risk, increase client satisfaction and quality of advice, as well as adherence to best practices and revenue generation for the firm.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

This position will perform analysis design, build, implementation and support tasks. Meet business requirements while performing MicroStrategy project design. Perform analysis & development to create MicroStrategy schema objects, reports & dashboards Generate appropriate unit test plans and assure quality of work. Produce technical design documentation. Contribute to the database design collaborating with BI & Data Analysts and Data Modelers. Provide support for all phases of testing such as integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Collaborate with other team members in creating optimal, maintainable, and scalable MicroStrategy architecture, dashboards and reports. Follow enterprise standards and guidelines during all phases of development lifecycle. Expected to be proactive in identifying issues and opportunities that will have an impact on the business use of MicroStrategy and provide recommendations to leadership and business partners as appropriate. Provide MicroStrategy administration support of environment and share knowledge with peers Serve as escalation point for application support and troubleshooting. Provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff in resolution of issues & problems Executes BCP plans for applications; coordinates logistics for plan implementationsRequired Qualifications

5+ years of application development and implementation experience3+ years of MicroStrategy experience

Desired Qualifications

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills2+ years of relational database experience3+ years of SQL experience3+ years of technical documentation and publication experienceDemonstration and presentation facilitation skills

Other Desired Qualifications Strong SQL development and performance tuning skills Understanding of and ability to troubleshoot database\ODBC connectivity issues Ability to track, troubleshoot and document issues and work with Vendor support MicroStrategy Administration experience with Version upgrades a plus 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience Brokerage or financial services experience is preferred Windows server experienceStreet Address
