Marketing Specialist


This individual will have well-developed skills in project management, communications, and follow-up and exude a take-charge spirit to proactively engage with the broader Marketing and Integrated Communications team.


Key Responsibilities


This individual will be responsible for a specific divisional project gaining key approvals and providing updates on extensive marketing collateral.


This will be done by gaining and aligning cross functional inputs. S/he will employ effective organized project management to communicate proactively to all stakeholders, to manage expectations, timelines and logistics, and to deliver approvals and content on time.


S/he will collaborate closely with Marketing, Brand, Digital, Operations, Events, Internal Communications and external vendor partners to effectively and efficiently manage the legal and regulatory review and approval process. S/he will direct digital warehousing, printing and storage of developed assets, when appropriate.


This person must be extremely detail-oriented, committed to managing multiple stakeholders, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Experience working with Regulatory and Legal in a highly regulated environment and familiarity with medical capital, medical device and/or IT is preferred.


-Proactively lead the project management of the expiration project marketing assets


-Support cross-functional teams (including Marketing, Brand, Digital, Operations, Events and Internal Communications colleagues, as well as with external vendor partners) to gain approval as needed


-Communicate proactively to all stakeholders, managing expectations, timelines and logistics


-Manage approval of all content in compliance with standard operating procedures related to Regulatory and Legal approval of Marketing materials


-Build relationships and collaborate closely with Regulatory, Medical, Clinical and Legal colleagues


-Support audit-related activities and maintain documentation and controls


-Help to manage and organize the creative asset management system on Box and supervise vendors in uploading content to this storage system


Education/Experience/Skills:


-Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing or other relevant field


-3+ years of B2B communications experience within the medical device, healthcare capital and/or IT industries


-Multiple examples and experiences project managing global, measurable, integrated communications projects and campaigns


-Experience deploying content in a highly regulated environment


-Entrepreneurial spirit balanced with collaborative style and professional maturity


-Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, programs and changing priorities


-Strong attention to detail, deadlines and budgets


-Strong desire to continue to learn, develop and grow one's career in healthcare communications


-Passion for the healthcare industry


-Goal oriented

Qualifications


-Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital, Business or other relevant field


-Copywriting and editing experience
