Description


Randstad Technologies is seeking a rock star Business Development Manager to drive growth in our business. The Business Development Manager will provide support to the Randstad Solutions organization, helping to drive revenue growth by leading programs that will generate demand and high-quality leads. He or she will use methods such as analyzing key metrics and trends, developing thought leadership-centric campaigns, and coordinating with business development and marketing teams to develop and implement growth initiatives.


He or she will be data driven, and act as a liaison with field teams, marketing and practice leaders. Demand generation programs may vary in focus - from targeting specific industries, to specific industries, or even specific accounts.


The business development manager will work in a high-paced environment in which he or she is responsible for several concurrent programs -- which makes the ability to multitask and solve problems quickly important. Attention to detail and the proven ability to meet deadlines are also needed. This manager will generally work during normal business hours in an office environment. Some travel is required.


Job Responsibilities


Create, execute and optimize lead generation programs to drive awareness and adoption of practice solutions and capabilities.


Develop overall demand generation strategy for the practice.


Take the lead on project planning for business development programs, including program strategy, business readiness, targeting and list creation/acquisition, content development, content delivery, tracking and measurement and coordination with key stakeholders across the business.


Manage finite programs budget and work with cross-functional digital marketing, sales, finance and operations team members to execute programs.


Build reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com to provide visibility into program results and measure campaign effectiveness.


Facilitate demand program prioritization in collaboration with internal stakeholders, and develop a consistent planning and program management process.


Build and manage a calendar for demand generation programs to provide transparency for and create alignment with key stakeholders.


Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.


Requirements and Qualifications


Minimum of 5 years' experience in a technology B2B demand generation role.


Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business or comparable education/experience.


Experience with creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns using tactics that include live events, webinars, digital advertising, and social networking.


Experience building, launching, and reporting on campaigns using Salesforce.com.


Track record of developing and managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously.


Strong understanding of how to use inbound marketing and content marketing to generate more qualified leads.


Knowledge of the B2B purchase process and how to identify opportunities to create demand and help accelerate opportunities.


Experience with targeting, segmentation and list acquisition to build prospect lists for demand gen programs.


Comfortable and capable of wearing many hats.


Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Ability to work under tight deadlines, and sense of urgency to meet those deadlines.


Team player who works well in a cross-functional role.


Must possess strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
