Your Role and Responsibilities
What youll do:
  • Planning and building a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy that aligns with IBM India UR business goals.
  • Working cohesively with internal stake holders to understand business needs and goals
  • Managing development of creatives and marketing collateral as needed for internal/external communication
  • Preparing communication briefs and work with advertising/media agency to build and execute marketing campaigns end to end for IBM UR initiatives.
  • Managing the IBM jobs social channel, building content calendars and creating a strong social presence for all UR initiatives
  • Work with various universities for academia initiatives
  • Managing IBM academia website updates.
  • Planning large format marketing events externally with colleges and internally for IBM volunteers
  • Working with internal teams for any kind of marketing/branding approvals as per the IBM process.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • 7-9 years Experience in marketing (media, advertising, branding) with varied industries including marketing experience with any startup will be helpful
  • Branding, Advertising, Digital and Social Media Marketing, Strategy Planning, Presentation skills (preparation and delivery), English Language proficiency
  • Good written, verbal communication, presentation skills and strategic/ innovative thinking will make a person very successful in this role



Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Masters Marketing Degree is required
  • Relationship with Academic institutes and understanding of methods to create better brand recall amongst students will help
