Job Description

Enterprise Business Technology (EBT) Architecture is responsible for architecture for Enterprise Risk, Enterprise Finance, Marketing, HR, Corporate Properties, Team Member, Audit, Legal and Stakeholder Communications technologies in partnership with the respective CIOs reporting into EBT group CIO. Managing Systems Architect 2 for combined team member technology, HR and CPG technology is a key leader within the Enterprise Business Technology Architecture group reporting into Group Systems Architect. This position is responsible for setting key strategic architecture direction for Team Member Enablement, Corporate Properties, and HR functional/LOB areas in partnership with combined organization under Sharon Murphy. This position will manage a team of 8-10 architects who are responsible for creating solution architecture for large transformation programs across Team Member Enablement, HR and CPG Functional areas. The role will be accountable for architecture standards compliance, architecture/technology simplification and consistency across combined organizations working closely with the LOB partners, CTO and Application managers. This leader will be responsible for aligning TMT/CPG/HR architecture to enterprise standards and comply with EBT architecture practices and patterns.

This is a leadership role with strong technical and architecture background. As a thought leader this role can help EBT in creating strategy and align with long term goals and enterprise priorities. In addition to being a thought leader this role is also expected to lead solution architecture and a team of architects.

Additional responsibilities include:

-Develop and maintain Living Target Architecture for Enterprise Team Member,HR and Corporate Properties Technologyfunctional areas aligning to all enterprise standards and practices such as Data Blueprint and Application Security, Platform Simplification etc.

-Develop standard architecture patterns for HR/CPG/TMT application integration and data exchange.

-Lead and manage architecture for key enterprise programs like re-architecting physical access platform, HR Data regulatory requirements, Video, mobile technologies etc,

-Partner with Enterprise combined TMT/HR/CPG CIO organization to develop holistic architecture blueprint and technology direction.



Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of architectural design and planning experience
  • 5+ years of management experience



Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders, technology CIO leadership, external service providers, and architecture teams



Other Desired Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in architecture and design of complex system software
  • 10+ years in leading medium & large scale program solution architecture.
  • 10+ years of experience creating solutions
  • 5+ Experience in managing Sr. Architects.
  • Big 4 consulting experience
  • Experience with team member technologies such as mobility, messaging, team member communications.
  • Experience with Corporate Properties technology architecture
  • Experience with Oracle HCM solutions.
  • 3+ years strong experience in implementing large scale vendor packaged applications implementation and integration/data architecture experience.
  • Ability to implement contemporary business solutions leveraging SOA, BPM, Mobile, and Data architecture patterns/technologies.
