Responsibilities:

• Positions in this function are predominantly involved in designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and supporting Internet/Intranet applications consistent with established specifications and business requirements.
• Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily activities of business support, technical or production team or unit

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

- 5+ years of management experience, managing a team of 5+ web developers, including HR functions (coaching, performance evaluation, corrective action)

- 5+ years of experience with project and resource prioritization, developing strategic project roadmaps and working directly with business clients

- 5+ years of experience with a formal SDLC methodology, managing major development projects and developing SDLC artifacts

- 7+ years of development experience with ASP.NET, C#, and client-side web technologies

- 7+ years of experience working with relational databases

- 5+ years of experience in Service Oriented Architecture (REST/SOAP, Web API, WCF)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Health care industry experience

- Project management

- Experience with public facing, high volume transactional websites and portals
