As Mainframe Systems Programmer, you will be responsible to provide technical support all issues as per Service Level Agreement (SLA).   • You will Mainframe technical support in order to ensure a high degree of Customer Happiness through Service Level Agreement (SLA) & process compliance
  • You will be self-starter who will work with minimal oversight
  • Take up considerable initiative and discernment related to problem determination and resolution.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise
  • 4 years experience in Mainframe MQ systems programming experience
  • Experience with the following technologies: z/OS, Unix System Services, SMP/E, REXX, Java, VSAM, Third party products
  • Diagnose z/OS platform system and product issues and follow up with root cause analysis
  • Support for technical consultation and inquiries from the other IT technical teams
  • Knowledge of Assembler, COBOL, CICS, and Db2.
  • Capacity Planning and Reporting with MXG, SAS a plus.


Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise
  • Process driven management of technical operations and support.
  • Create Change Requests, Resolve Service Requests, and Provide 24x7 On call support.
