Job Description

This is a senior level position reporting to Wells Fargo Enterprise Information Technology Head of Capital Markets Product Management, responsible for leading product management of lending platform technologies. The candidate will coordinate the technology delivery of the inherently complex and interdependent lending functionality across lines of business and organizations. This will include originations, underwriting, booking/closing, loan & lease accounting, servicing, portfolio management, asset management and collateral management.

Specific responsibilities include leading strategy, prioritization, planning and product management for lending technology products. Requires coordinating overall strategy & execution, in conjunction with multiple businesses, technology functions and operations / compliance groups within the organization. Requires operating as a champion, thought leader, and guide for strategic technology services / products, while engaging and motivating multiple technology execution teams to deliver consistent, integrated and extensible solutions through clear roadmaps and product strategies. Candidates must have experience with lending technology, data management, operations and workflow.



Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of product development and product management experience
  • 10+ years of management experience
  • A BS/BA degree or higher
  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • 5+ years of commercial lending experience



Desired Qualifications

  • A Master's degree or higher
