Randstad Technologies has an immediate opening with our long-standing end customer, a leading Financial Services firm with offices in Boston and NH.


12 month initial contract. Good potential to extend further or even convert to perm down the road. 20-30 hours per week on average, initially, but could grow into full-time.


Primarily location Merrimack NH after initial training period in Boston.


Required Skills:



  • 2+ years professional work experience
  • Exposure to any reporting tools (Business Objects, Cognos, etc.)
  • Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, vLookups, etc.)
  • Strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint including functions and advanced features
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience in a coordination, event planning, or scheduling role (making sure a number of things happen by a certain time for a successful outcome)
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization, including Executives


Preferred Skills:



  • Exposure to LMS Systems (Learning Management) and/or Talent Management (ATS, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Assessment systems (QuestionMark's Perception assessment system or similar)
  • 4 year degree
  • Applicable training and/or certification
  • Financial Services experience


Responsibilities:


The Learning Coordinator is responsible for the daily coordination of the Asset Management Companies' learning management, as well as assessment, and reporting activities. Qualified candidates will demonstrate strong technical skills in requisite systems, as well as strong organizational, planning, and communication capabilities.


Learning Management System (LMS) Administration (30%):



  • Publish and function-test eLearning courses and curricula in the QA environment; create a bug/defect list for resolution
  • Publish final eLearning courses and curricula to the production LMS environment
  • Enter instructor-led classes into the production LMS environment
  • Process instructor-led registrations, completions, and cancellations
  • Generate rosters and reports
  • Record completed rosters after classes have been run and close out classes
  • Maintain exception access for LMS users with specialized roles
  • Assist in the testing and validation of LMS and LMS-related environment changes and upgrades on behalf of the Asset Management Companies
  • Create links for Knowledge Documents for Website and web usage.
  • Maintain access and process exception requests to audiences and websites based on requests received in Alarmpoint or the Group mailboxes through SumTotal's Audiences and Quest ActiveRoles server to grant and remove access to Windows Active Directory Groups for the Asset Management Learning Center.


Report Administration (25%):



  • Generate operational reports, risk assigned training completions, Productino Support reports, and Fixed Income OJT Onboarding Training completion/progress reports.
  • Generate bi-monthly updates to budget spreadsheet; cross-check ID/GD hours and project allocations for accuracy
  • Proactively analyze all data/reports for accuracy
  • Ensure accurate and timely publication of metrics/reports for review and action


Assessment Development & Maintenance (5%):



  • Author Perception assessments and Templates
  • Maintain and schedule assessments as needed
  • Maintain the Asset Management Companies' Perception user access
  • Assist in the testing and validation of Perception upgrades on behalf of the Asset Management Companies


Team & Classroom Coordination (10%):



  • Manage team and individual calendars
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings
  • Work with vendors to schedule classes
  • Schedule rooms, resources and technology required for delivery of classes
  • Coordinate room setups and catering
  • Order/receive course manuals
  • Meet and greet instructor
  • Handle last any minute issues


Vendor Management Support (10%)



  • Receive and respond to vendor invoices; check for accuracy, track, and record payments
  • Generate ad-hoc budget reports upon request
  • Track and record contractual staff hours and project allocations on weekly basis


Mailbox & Alarmpoint/ServiceCenter Administration (10%):



  • Monitor centralized mailbox(s), Tickets
  • Send broadcast emails upon request
  • Send class/course reminders upon request
  • Resolve tickets based on troubleshooting or escalate to other queues


Technical Asset Maintenance (5%):



  • Catalog all hardware (excluding desktops) and software owned by the Asset Management Companies' Learning & Development group
  • Track software licensing needs and usage
  • Maintain archive copies of all software assets.
