As a Talend Big Data developer you will be part of this exciting and fast-paced product development team focused on delivering reusable framework on data management solutions for Enterprise Datalake like data ingestion, data integration and data transformation as well as automation for continuous build and deployment. While there are hundreds of opportunities to make your mark on this team, here are few other things that you will be doing:

Ability to take a project from scoping, requirements through actual launch of the project. Comfortable working on multiple deliverables often with tight deadlines. Write code, create test data, conduct interfaces and unit tests. Provide technical support, advice, and consultation with the issues relating to supported applications. Maintain and manage the continuous integration and continuous deployment tools and processes Create and maintain process documentation for programs. Assures quality, security and compliance for supported systems and applications. Conduct POCs and build solutions on new technologiesRequired Qualifications

10+ years of application development and implementation experience2+ years of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) development experience using Talend5+ years of experience with end-to-end design and delivery of data warehouse applications2+ years of Big Data experience2 + years of Core Java experience2+ years of database experience

Desired Qualifications

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsA BS/BA degree or higher

Other Desired Qualifications Prior experience in building framework based data integration using Talend tool for data lake is highly preferred At least 2 years of experience in building Talend based ETL workflow to ingest, transform and aggregate data in a data lake environment At least 1 years of experience either of these languages: Java, Scala, Python At least 1 year of experience with either of these: HiveQL, SparkSQL, Drill 1+ Experience with various messaging systems, such as Kafka or RabbitMQ 1+ years of experience with building stream-processing systems, using solutions such as Storm or Spark-Streaming or MapR stream Experience with NoSQL databases, such as HBase, Cassandra, MongoDB Experience in code/build/deployment tools like git, svn, maven, sbt, jenkins Experience with MapR/Hortonworks /Cloudera, MapR preferredJob Expectations

Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidaysAbility to work on call as assignedAbility to travel up to 10% of the time
