Randstad is hiring a Lead Communications Analyst.
Resource that trains and supervises the Communications Analysts as well as performs client calls, monitors quality, and refines messaging as required to improve results.
The candidate will be responsible for tasks such as client and POC communication, reviewing customer information, word document editing, excel spreadsheet entries, documentation review, and BA team training.
Candidate must posses these attributes:
