Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Manage full life-cycle recruitment for any needs within this business area. This will be multidisciplinary.
  • Provide advice on recruitment strategies, procedures, legislation and market conditions
  • Consult on new requirements; and recommend and action recruitment strategies to ensure the highest quality resource is engaged, in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
  • Act as a reference and escalation point for customers to further develop the relationship with the customer.
  • Act as a reference and escalation point for candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the clients business areas, deliverables and needs
  • Build and foster relationships with key players and decision makers
  • Work within predefined recruitment processes, ensuring best practices at all times
  • Monitor recruitment process; identifying and recommending areas for improvement
  • Maintain knowledge of the client and candidate markets.
  • Develop knowledge of recruitment best practice, Account Management and Consultancy.
  • Work with a sourcing team to ensure quality supply.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise
  • Proven track of recruitment experience
  • Experience in recruitment for international market preferred
  • Ability to work independently in dynamic environment
  • Focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English and Spanish
