Wells Fargo is hiring an Analytic Consultant (AC 4) to join our team! This position is part of our Wholesale Banking Technology Group and will be located at our offices in Charlotte, NC, Tempe, AZ; or San Francisco, CA. As a member of the Wholesale Core Services Technology Team you will play an important role in the crucial area of data strategy. The member will be working on the Wholesale Analytical Repository (WAR) application; The focus of this role will be to utilize advanced data tools and techniques to analyze data from across the organization. Responsibilities include development, building, testing and deploying of data analysis solutions.

Main responsibilities include:

Design, develop and support data marts inside the Wholesale Teradata analytic platform Prepare detailed specifications and ETL design documentation Perform detailed data analysis to understand the wholesale data Work closely with the modelling team in performing data modelling Ability to research and identify root cause of complex production issuesRequired Qualifications

6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling; or a Masters degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis and 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling2+ years of Informatica experience2+ years of Teradata experience

Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysisStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsHadoop experience2+ years of business intelligence experience

Other Desired Qualifications 5+ years of proven combined experience with building data warehousing, DataMart or operational data store systems; experience with database design and data modeling, data quality, analytics and reporting. 2+ years of direct experience on Teradata platform; Query tuning; Teradata performance tuning, physical database design, writing BTEQ scripts. BS/MS Computer Science or other relevant business/technology related graduate degree. Ability to be available outside standard business hours for meetings with business partners and offshore team members.Job Expectations
