As an subject matter expert related to ITIL Service Transition-Knowledge Management and Service Validation/Testing, you will establish, modify and govern ITIL process usage for the CTO Enterprise Application Hosting Services organization.
Establish ITIL best practices in your practice assigned practice area
Training and organization change management of the process model and best practices
Ensure standard operational procedures align to enterprise policy and standards
Establish KRI and KPIs for the practice area
Represent the CTO EAHS organization as the SME for your practice area for audits
Assume other responsibilities as assigned

Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.Required Qualifications

7+ years of technology experience2+ years of leadership or management experience, in a technology environment10 + years of experience developing or supporting IT Service Management solutionsAn active PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

Desired Qualifications

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to interact with all levels of an organizationSix Sigma Black Belt certification

Other Desired Qualifications ITIL Intermediate, Expert or Strategic Leader certification IT Operations ExperienceDisclaimer
