job summary:

Our client is looking for a Technical Lead for an 8+ month project in Roseville, CA.

This person will help lead multiple projects and will be the liaison between IT and the business units.

-Lead coordination efforts for compatibility with systems and interfaces

-help implement new HR system and electronic documentation application

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills along with the ability to cope with pressure resulting from meeting required deadlines and application responsibilities. Must be able to travel approximately 35% of the time. Proficiency with Microsoft applications (i.e. Excel, Word Outlook and Project). Must be flexible, adaptable to changes and a self-starter. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Ability to coach and supervise staff

Ability to find creative solutions to problems that jeopardize the bank's strategic goals

Ability to solve complex program problems and uncover program deficiencies

Excellent prioritization and organization skills required to meet deadlines

Experience with application design and development

Ability to work independently with low supervision

Ability to understand, implement and enforce standard policies and procedures for technology systems.

Exemplary motivation, enthusiasm, professionalism and team skills required

Ability to analyze and create reports

Good verbal and written communication skills

Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
