Primary responsibilities:



  • Provide General user and desktop support.
  • Configure and troubleshoot desktop and portable devices.
  • Respond to user requests and incidents in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Track, Monitor and maintain request, incidents, and escalate in the ticketing system.
  • Support all Hardware deployment in the organization.
  • Set up new hardware and maintain appropriate user account permissions.
  • Provide cross support to network and user administrators.
  • Assist with execution of core it related projects.


Minimum requirements and qualifications:



  • Three to five years relevant hands-on experience.
  • Strong experience working in Windows desktop operation systems 7, 8, 10 with some experience in Mac OS. Support various desktop models and mobile devices.
  • Active directory.
  • Some experience and Network Technologies and it security.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications 2013 and 2016.
  • Excellent customer service, communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated, possesses good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Candidates must demonstrate strong willingness to learn new technologies.


Desired skills:



  • A+, Network + or equivalent hands-on experience in an IT Help Desk environment.
  • Working knowledge of Windows Server operation systems 2003, 2008, 2012, and 2016.
  • Experience with Office 365 Administration environment.
  • Experience with SharePoint.
