IT Support Analyst

Our client in the UTC area is looking for 7 support agents to start Feb. 13th. 2017.

Shift: Our client is not a 24/7 Call center. It is M-F (no weekends) and the first shift starts at 5:30am and the last shift starts at 8am and ends at 4:30pm.


- Provide Tier I technical support for designated proprietary software products ensuring that service level and customer satisfaction agreements are met. This is primarily done over the phone and via email communications.

- Provide detailed and comprehensive incident documentation in our client's Siebel incident tracking database.

- Proper escalation of incidents to management.

- Troubleshooting Skills.

- Ability to Multitask.

- Follow up Skills.

- Ability to work under pressure.

- Requires at least one year of experience in a similar position.

- E-mail experience

- Experience with mobile devices
