Performs transition planning and coordination responsibilities relating to Real Estate Services implementations, upgrades and conversions. Provides analytical support for information technology programs. Develops and revises materials and maintains documentation. Provides numeric and graphic design support e.g. presentation materials. Recommends improvements in overall delivery of new and existing technology across all Lines of Businesses. Work with minimal supervision, with general guidance from more seasoned consultants or managers. Understand technology associated with Real estate Services such as managing the installation of technology for new or existing locations. Manage the relocation of bank associates between locations and have experience in decommissioning facilities. The ability to work along with facility partners to implement building CEWA's. Requires 7 years of experience.


The ability to manage project risk through comprehensive mitigation assessment and planning techniques. Actively manage the work efforts of multiple functional resources through the project plan. Develops documentation; monitors and reports project status; assesses the effectiveness and accuracy of documentation. Initiates and maintains reporting relationships with project stakeholders including team members, peers, managers, customers, vendors, and other affected departments to coordinate efforts across multiple business units and ensure continuous efficient management of projects; gathers input and feedback. Analyze and report project status and research information; monitors project performance to maintain the quality of services, deliverables, and content. Effectively assists in directing both internal and external resources to achieve business solutions within project guidelines.


Requirements:


- Demonstrate the project management skills to implement customer's tactical goals and effectively participates in the development and implementation of an end to end business solutions.


- The ability to manage project risk through comprehensive mitigation assessment and planning techniques.


- Actively manage the work efforts of multiple functional resources through the project plan.


- Develops documentation; monitors and reports project status; assesses the effectiveness and accuracy of documentation.


- Initiates and maintains reporting relationships with project stakeholders including team members, peers, managers, customers, vendors, and other affected departments to coordinate efforts across multiple business units and ensure continuous efficient management of projects; gathers input and feedback.


- Analyze and report project status and research information; monitors project performance to maintain the quality of services, deliverables, and content.


- Effectively assists in directing both internal and external resources to achieve business solutions within project guidelines.


- Collaborates and communicates with other project managers and leaders to coordinate cross-project initiatives and activities.


- Assists in the development and implementation of contingency plans within a change control request.


- Assist in the development of project budgets in compliance with the company's financial practices.
