IT Manager over both the Corporate Office that sits in downtown Norfolk, VA as well as store locations.

Must be a very strong communicator with high accountability. Will be in constant communication with controller to check in regularly and be comfortable interacting with members at an Executive level.

Very personable individual who understands their customers will be internal, is patient in resolving issues that arise and has the ability to be adaptable with the changing daily needs of the business. This is a must.

Strong Multitasking skills

Driven and Diligent with strong work ethic(company adopts strong work hard/play hard work life balance mentality)

Travel required. Must have reliable transportation. Will get mileage reimbursement.

Operates as a Monday-Friday role with Flex Time capability after the first week. Occasional weekends may be required on a rare basis in the case of an emergency.

Job Description:

- Plan and complete all activities related to the design, development, and implementation of organizational information systems and software applications.

- Design, execute, assess, and troubleshoot software programs and applications including configuring, coding, developing, and documenting software specifications.

- Define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain new software applications in support of the achievement of business requirements.

- Ensure the stable operation of the in-house computer software systems and network connections including planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network software and communication links.

- Planning and implementation of IT systems in support of business operations in order to improve cost effectiveness, service quality, and business development.

- Identification, prioritization, and resolution of end user help requests.

- Installing, configuring, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading all hardware and equipment while ensuring its optimal performance.

- Installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all network hardware, software, and communication links and analyze and resolve network hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion.

- Monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing networked software and associated operating systems.

- Ensure the secure operation of the in-house computer systems, servers, and network connections which includes checking server and firewall logs, scrutinizing network traffic, establishing and updating virus scans, and troubleshooting.

- Troubleshoot, update, and monitor PDI
