Wells Fargo Technology sets IT strategy; enhances the design, development, and operations of our systems; optimizes the Wells Fargo infrastructure footprint; provides information security; and enables continuous banking access through in-store, online, ATM, and other channels to Wells Fargos more than 70 million global customers.

This role will be responsible for working with our Intelligent Automation business team to develop and maintain a technology product roadmap for intelligent automation technologies. The product manager will liaise with technology management, architecture and enterprise partners to determine capabilities needed and when they can be delivered.It is expected the candidate will continuously keep up with market trends and make recommendations to roadmap and approach leveraging external market perspective.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Product management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery or agile product owner3+ years of wholesale banking experience4+ years of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience7 + years of technology management experience3+ years of automation experience3+ years of solution architecture experience

Other Desired Qualifications Hands on experience with Kofax, Blue Prism and UIPathGood understanding of market trends and deeply involved in the intelligent automation ecosystem Strong strategy mindset & proven ability to work cross functionally Experience with Management Consulting Exceptional analytical and communicative skillsJob Expectations

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
