As an Information Security Engineer, you will deliver technical solutions based on risk and compliance

services/assessments to mitigate existing and future security risks. You may also assist with risk and compliance

service/assessments. You will propose and/or help implement security controls for long-term solutions in a

Healthcare environment, while working closely with clients and partnering with your internal Leadership team and

colleagues. Additionally, you will engage with clients to help them remediate technical issues, risks, control gaps, etc.

in their environment.

- Advise clients on technical solutions to mitigate risk and improve security posture

- Write, deliver and present reports detailing findings and associated recommendations for improving security


- Assist with information security risk assessments based on industry standards - HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST,


- Respond to advisory service requests to address and answer client questions and/or needs

- Provide remediation services to help clients improve their security posture

- Translate security assessments, risk analysis and similar reports into remediation services action plan

- Participate in security compliance reviews and audits

- Collaborate to develop implementation standards and design patterns that support information security and

regulatory compliance objectives

- Work with clients on-site or remotely for consulting engagements

- Achieve high levels of client satisfaction on all engagements by achieving client expectations set by

engagement leaders and project manager

- Develop strong customer relationships and trust to secure future business

What You'll Need to Win!

- High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor's Degree preferred)

- 3-5 years' experience in security or risk management, performing security remediation assessments (with a

technical focus) in client-facing/consulting roles

- 3-5 years' experience working with customers remediating security and risk issues to improve their security


- Professionalism, problem-solving, customer facing and handling skills, time management, written and verbal

communication, presentation skills, active listening and flexibility

- Working knowledge of risk and security frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g. COBIT, NIST, ISO


- Advanced knowledge of a variety of technology platforms including, but not limited to, servers, networks,

applications, hardware, software, virtualization, firewall, IPS/IDS, anti-malware solutions

- Ability to think holistically and identify areas of technical and non-technical risk

- Ability to write technical reports in clear and correct language

- Comfortable working in ambiguous and/or undefined situations

- Experience in Healthcare environments a plus

- Knowledge and experience of working with Bio-Medical devices a plus

- Relevant risk or security certification is a plus, although not required

- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time required
