Through a framework that addresses policy, process, operations, people, and technology, EIS protects Wells Fargos infrastructure, corporate data, and customer assets, and ensures alignment with applicable regulations and laws. EIS is part of Wells Fargo's Corporate Risk organization and is led by the Chief Information Security Officer.

Note: This position may sit at any core Wells Fargo location or telecommute.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team working with the latest technology in Information Security. The selected person will lead or participate in the research, analysis, design, testing and production deployment of DLP monitoring and or blocking solutions for Email, Web, Endpoint, SharePoint and a variety of other high profile projects.

As a member of this select and highly skilled team, you will:

  • Become an expert in a variety of areas under the DLP Engineering umbrella.
  • Maintain and administer software/hardware solutions in a QA, Development and Production environment.
  • Lead or participate in the creation and maintenance of documentation and procedures for system management.
  • Participate in daily and on-call support for DLP software and hardware.
  • Interact with peer Enterprise Information Security engineers as our tools become more tightly coupled with others EIS units
  • Work with engineering teams in the development and deployment of new technologies.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of information security applications and systems experience
  • 1+ year of experience creating and maintaining engineering documentation

Desired Qualifications

  • Advanced Information Security technical skills
  • Ability to manage complex issues and develop solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of information security principles, policies, and procedures
  • Experience working in a large enterprise environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of technical leadership including large, visible, cross group projects across multiple technologies
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Ability to translate and present complex technical data across technical and non-technical groups
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC), or Web Application Penetration Tester (WAPT) certification

Other Desired Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Windows OS administration or Linux experience
  • 2+ years with MS SQL Server or as a SQL DBA
  • Experience in the design, installation, operation and management of Data Loss Prevention or similar information security technology
  • Experience in the design, installation, operation and management of user behavior analytics software
  • Hands-on experience analyzing and troubleshooting applications and network communications
  • Linux shell or Windows PowerShell scripting experience
