Enterprise Information Securitys (EIS) vision is to provide Wells Fargo world leading cyber security risk management. Through a framework that addresses policy, process, operations, people, and technology, EIS protects Wells Fargos infrastructure, corporate data, and customer assets, and ensures alignment with applicable regulations and laws. EIS is part of Wells Fargo's Corporate Risk organization and is led by the Chief Information Security Officer.

This position will provide hands on support of various infrastructure components within the Enterprise Information Security (EIS) Lab. Additionally, it will provide coordination of technical engineers and internal customers from multiple business units and technical backgrounds. Proactive management of customer, tenant, and infrastructure support partners by leading requirements capture, design review sessions, contributing to corporate compliance projects and support processes (i.e. service requests, change requests, firewall rule requests, etc.). Lab projects focus on mobility, cloud and information security solutions. This position will be responsible for line of business and cross-function team partnership, proactively address issues and escalate to management as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with large-scale enterprises, with complex migrations and integration efforts and installs. This position will aid in channel troubleshooting within a complex network environment. This position will also be responsible for documentation of support process and technical procedures.



Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of information security applications and systems experience
  • 3 + years of experience with Windows server operating systems
  • 5+ years of technical troubleshooting experience
  • 5 + years of Networking experience
  • 3+ years of experience in network security infrastructure (includes firewall, intrusion detection, and cyber threat)
  • 3+ years of change management experience
  • 1+ years of experience supporting and monitoring a software/hardware test lab or production environment "

  • Advanced Information Security technical skills
  • Ability to manage complex issues and develop solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of reading and adjusting Visio diagrams
  • Knowledge and understanding of mobile platforms
  • Knowledge and understanding of mobile software security



Job Expectations

  • Flexibility to frequently be on call beyond normal working hours
