Enterprise Information Securitys (EIS) vision is to provide Wells Fargo world leading cyber security risk management. Through a framework that addresses policy, process, operations, people, and technology, EIS protects Wells Fargos infrastructure, corporate data, and customer assets, and ensures alignment with applicable regulations and laws. EIS is part of Wells Fargo's Corporate Risk organization and is led by the Chief Information Security Officer.

Enterprise Information Security Cryptographic Services is looking for an Information Security Engineer to join the Smartcard Access Management Trusted Access team. A successful candidate will provide technical research, recommendations, and implementation guidance, for moderately complex security projects related to access, integrity, confidentiality and business continuity. The candidate will be responsible for being apprised of current security technology, vulnerability awareness, and project related tasks.

  • Provide weekly updates on accomplishments, projects, and issues to the Team Lead during weekly meetings
  • Ability to successfully work in a collaborative team environment, locally and internationally
  • Detail-oriented approach to managing multiple priorities


Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of information security applications and systems experience
  • 1 + years of access management experience in one or more of the following: provisioning, de-provisioning, certification, authorization or authentication.
  • 3+ years of technical documentation and publication experience
  • 1+ year of IAM (Identity and Access Management) experience
  • 1+ year of web applications experience
  • 1+ years of experience managing application security vulnerabilities as a developer, a system administrator, or an application systems engineer or 1+ years of experience in a role coordinating the test results of vulnerabilities
  • 4+ years of Windows OS administration experience
  • 3+ years of experience testing end user applications and technology products
  • 2+ years of experience working with information security controls and deployments in a production environment

  • Advanced Information Security technical skills
  • Ability to manage complex issues and develop solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Public key infrastructure experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of information security principles, policies, and procedures
  • Knowledge and understanding of information security reporting and analysis
  • Knowledge and understanding of Linux
  • Advanced Microsoft Visio skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project) skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of SharePoint
  • Systems vulnerability management experience
  • Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations
  • Remedy experience

  • Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening
  • Flexibility to frequently be on call beyond normal working hours
