Note: Charlotte, NC is the preferred work location, but will consider any core Wells Fargo location and telecommute.

Enterprise Information Securitys (EIS) vision is to provide Wells Fargo world leading cyber security risk management. Through a framework that addresses policy, process, operations, people, and technology, EIS protects Wells Fargos infrastructure, corporate data, and customer assets, and ensures alignment with applicable regulations and laws. EIS is part of Wells Fargo's Corporate Risk organization and is led by the Chief Information Security Officer.

Our Enterprise Access Management Reporting and Metrics Team engages, understands, and collaborates with Lines of Business across the bank to ensure they have the information when and how they need it to make effective business decisions. We participate in many projects where our expertise in Reporting, Analytics, and Metrics is required for success.
This ISA4 will with partner with all Lines of Business tasked with remediating Privileged Access across the organization. They will work with other Info Security Analysts and Analytic Consultants understand/document business needs, identify/assess data sources, perform analysis, and provide technical guidance using current processes and technology. A successful candidate should have a well round information security background as well as experience analyzing large data sets, identifying key metrics from the data, and developing reports for various levels of consumers including senior management. In addition, they will participate in recurring calls to explain and support the data and metrics presented as well as other duties in support of the reporting of EISs security metrics. You may provide guidance to less experienced staff and will have annual training requirements to meet around regulatory reporting.



Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of information security administration experience
  • 3+ years of SQL experience
  • 1+ year of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) experience

  • Advanced Information Security technical skills and solid knowledge and understanding of information security practices and policies
  • Ability to manage complex issues and develop solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of information security industry standards and government regulations
  • Financial services industry experience
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project) skills
  • Ability to coordinate completion of multiple tasks and meet aggressive time frames
  • Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
  • Ability to coordinate processes or projects and compile documentation
  • A BS/BA degree or higher in science or technology



Other Desired Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience executing processes in support of large scale implementations (e.g. technology)
  • Demonstrated experience with Enterprise Access Management applications, tools, or principles.
  • CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, MCSE or other Information Security certification
  • 3+ years of programming experience
  • Previous experience developing security reporting and tracking processes is preferred.
  • 1+ years SSIS package scripting components
  • Ability to design data flow diagrams which are easily interpreted to non-technical employees
  • Knowledge of manipulating datasets coming from multiple data environments such as IBM Mainframe, Tandem, PeopleSoft, iSeries, Oracle, Tandem, DB2, Unisys, Unisys DMSII ,IBM z/VM
