Enterprise Information Securitys (EIS) vision is to provide Wells Fargo world leading cyber security risk management. Through a framework that addresses policy, process, operations, people, and technology, EIS protects Wells Fargos infrastructure, corporate data, and customer assets, and ensures alignment with applicable regulations and laws. EIS is part of Wells Fargo's Corporate Risk organization and is led by the Chief Information Security Officer.

Note: This position can sit in any core Wells Fargo location or telecommute.

The Corporate Risk Enterprise Information Services division has an opening within the Enterprise Access Management IAM Solution Support team for an Information Security Analyst 4 the primary responsibilities include:

  • Act as IAM Solution Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Access Request & Approval service, while consulting with IAM stakeholders, LOB and technology partners, User Acceptance Testers, etc. Respond to questions, requests for information, and trouble shoot and resolve issues for internal staff and business partners.
  • Provide Level 3 IAM Solution support for the Access Request & Approval Service
  • Identifying, documenting, performing and implementing Business Configuration changes
    • This requires in depth knowledge of the Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) tool and processes
  • Provide OIG tool support for Access Request & Approval Service
    • Validating and demonstrating functionality in a proactive manner
    • Determining and sustaining required controls to ensure processes are operating effectively
  • Perform production validation tasks in support of each IAM release
  • Plans and conducts analysis of future OIG tool functionality and identifying how functionality aligns in meeting Wells Fargos Access Management needs
  • Performing and providing oversight of IAM Segregation of Duties preventative controls
  • Initiates and maintains relationships with key stakeholders through intelligent, effective, and tactful written and verbal communication, including presentations, meetings, conference calls, emails, etc.
  • Collaborates effectively with team members at all levels in the organization. Aggregates feedback and information from stakeholders to influence decisions made by senior leadership. Communicates information in a level-appropriate manner using relevant channels and vehicles of interaction.
  • Collaborates on a variety of Access Management initiatives that impact all lines of business including driving IAM Services definition, creation and adoption of the new solution.


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of information security administration experience
  • 2 + years of access management experience in one or more of the following: provisioning, de-provisioning, certification, authorization or authentication.

  • Advanced Information Security technical skills and solid knowledge and understanding of information security practices and policies
  • Ability to manage complex issues and develop solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to deliver multiple concurrent projects or large scale individual projects
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders, technology CIO leadership, external service providers, and architecture teams
  • Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge and understanding of IAM (Identity and Access Management)
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • Experience working in a large enterprise environment
  • Financial services experience
