Enterprise Information Securitys (EIS) vision is to provide Wells Fargo world leading cyber security risk management. Through a framework that addresses policy, process, operations, people, and technology, EIS protects Wells Fargos infrastructure, corporate data, and customer assets, and ensures alignment with applicable regulations and laws. EIS is part of Wells Fargo's Corporate Risk organization and is led by the Chief Information Security Officer.


NOTE: This position is open to any core Wells Fargo location or telecommute.

The Corporate Risk Enterprise Information Services division has an opening within the Enterprise Access Management group for an Information Security Analyst 3 to help consolidate Wells Fargo Active Directory environment with Enterprise Access Management. This role will also support privileged access and sustainment initiatives for Active Directory.

The candidate will be responsible for providing technical guidance to teams being brought under Enterprise Access Management, using current processes and new technology. This analyst may provide guidance to less experienced analysts. Candidate will need to participate in a weekly 24/7 on call rotation.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of information security administration experience
  • 3+ years of MS Active Directory experience
  • 1+ years of experience with Distributed File System (DFS)
  • 1+ years of experience with Active Directory Users and Computers (ADUC)

  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Secure file transmission protocols experience
  • Experience working in a large enterprise environment
  • Strong presentation skills

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of PAC2000
  • NAS experience
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project) skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of information security industry standards and government regulations
  • Ability to take an active role in the education, mentoring and training of less experienced team members
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology support: administering a Windows server environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and tools
  • Ability to coordinate completion of multiple tasks and meet aggressive time frames
  • Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
  • Ability to coordinate processes or projects and compile documentation
  • A BS/BA degree or higher in science or technology
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC), or Web Application Penetration Tester (WAPT) certification

Other Desired Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience executing processes in support of large scale implementations (e.g. technology)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Desk Top Connection Organizational Unit structure and Wells Fargo Desktop Connection environment.
  • NTFS experience
