Note: The following are preferred locations; Winston-Salem, NC, Charlotte, NC, Chandler, AZ, Minneapolis, MN and Des Moines, IA, San Antonio, TX but other locations will be considered. There is a potential for telecommute.

Corporate Risk, Enterprise Information Security organization has 6 openings for an Information Security Analyst 2 in the Enterprise Access Management (EAM) team. The candidate hired for this position will perform application provisioning support for the lines of businesses; maintain and track the status of documents; review access requests for proper authorizations and produce reports to assist customers in reviewing accesses. The successful candidate will also assist in the review of existing systems security issues and procedures and develop and maintain familiarity with access control bank procedures and security policies. Other responsibilities include enforcement of security policies/standards/risk controls, implementation of new solutions and technologies providing support for testing, emergencies, installations, and conversions; assisting in audit compliance projects; providing daily operational support for access requests; providing customer support in identifying and mitigating security risks while managing EAM audit and security controls. Work responsibilities could also include support for other defined EAM security initiatives and participates in 24 / 7 pager rotation for on-call support.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of information security administration experience
  • 3 + years of access management experience in one or more of the following: provisioning, de-provisioning, certification, authorization or authentication.

  • Experience assessing and meeting the needs of customers and solving customer problems
  • Knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance requirements surrounding HIPAA, PCI, GLBA, SOX, and SAS70
  • Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
  • Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
  • Ability to coordinate processes or projects and compile documentation
  • A BS/BA degree or higher in science or technology

Other Desired Qualifications
  • 1+ years of information security access administration or access controls experience with web based, file transfer or similar applications.
  • Knowledge or Experience supporting line of business applications in:Wholesale, Consumer Lending, Enterprise Information Technology, Corporate Risk, Law Department, Corporate Finance, Wealth Investment Management, Audit Services, Chief Administrative Office or Human Resources, or similar functions for a large financial institution.
  • Production environment experience using a workflow system with proven high volume/high quality;
  • Experience with Technology Help Desk functions;
  • Active Information Security certifications (Examples: CISSP, CISM, CISA)

  • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work on call as assigned
  • Flexibility to frequently be on call beyond normal working hours
