Job Description

Enterprise Information Securitys (EIS) vision is to provide Wells Fargo world leading cyber security risk management. Through a framework that addresses policy, process, operations, people, and technology, EIS protects Wells Fargos infrastructure, corporate data, and customer assets, and ensures alignment with applicable regulations and laws. EIS is part of Wells Fargo's Corporate Risk organization and is led by the Chief Information Security Officer.

Note: This position is located in Charlotte, NC at 1525 W. W.T. Harris Blvd location.

The successful candidate will be responsible for oversight of Token Inventory Management for all Enterprise two factor authentication and remote access solutions used by team members and non-employees. This work supports operational procedures for EAM (Enterprise Access Managements) and SLA (Service Level Agreements) to all banks lines of businesses. Job responsibilities will include:

  • Research Tokens that are returned and still assigned and un-assign if access is no longer needed
  • QA un-assigned returned tokens
  • Package tokens for re-assignment
  • Reallocate Tokens and mail to provisioning analyst
  • Maintain central inventory
  • Ability to incorporate 2 factor authentications to new business and update procedures as needed.
  • Processing requests on an as needed basis to meet or beat or established 2 business day SLA
  • Understanding remote access products and services along with EAMs regulatory and security requirements for provisioning and de-provisioning access.

This position is part of a high functioning, operational team and requires the presence and professional demeanor necessary to interact effectively with team members across the Enterprise. Attention to detail and communication skills are required.



Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of information security administration experience
  • 1+ year of MS Active Directory experience

  • Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
  • Ability to coordinate processes or projects and compile documentation
  • Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
  • Knowledge and understanding of operational workflows process
  • A BS/BA degree or higher in science or technology



Other Desired Qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge with 1-3 years working experience with ACE Security Console or Authentication Manager Administration
  • Experience working with Technology Help Desk functions.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Applications skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and Project).
  • Ability to provide on-call 24/7 Remote ID management production support as required or scheduled by RSA SecurID Authentication (ACE 8.x)
  • Understanding of metric-based and continuous process improvement programs.
