As part of Enterprise Information Technology, Team Member Technologies (TMT) provides robust and innovative solutions for the over 275,000 internal team members and approximately 3,400 applications at Wells Fargo. TMT provides a breadth of team member productivity solutions within the areas of end-user computing, enterprise mobility, and communications & collaboration platforms. Our Technology Connection group is looking for an Information Security Analyst for phone support in our Security Service Center. This position is in a call center environment which responds to telephone inquiries concerning support, processing, request procedures, or status of requests for information security and issues related to security access.

Job Responsibilities but not limited to the following:

  • Provide full customer phone support and request administration support to meet department SLA goals.
  • Provides support for data systems security problems.
  • Maintains and tracks the status of documents.
  • Reviews access requests for proper authorizations and produces reports to assist customers in reviewing accesses.
  • Assists in the review of existing systems security issues and procedures.
  • Develops and maintains familiarity with bank procedures and policies.
  • May provide support for testing, emergencies, installations, and conversions.
  • May assist in audit compliance projects.

Hours: 8:30-5:00pm CT Monday-Friday

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ months of information technology experience

  • Basic knowledge and understanding of information security
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information efficiently, comprehending, and resolving complex customer issues
  • Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Outstanding problem solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
  • Experience resolving and working through escalated and complex issues

Other Desired Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately analyze, summarize and present issues and resolutions
  • Ability to provide the highest level of telephone support for medium to complex problems/issues consistent within established department SLAs and productivity levels.
  • Understands how information security risks relate to business risks.
  • ID Administration experience
  • Security administration experience with supported security systems (i.e. Top Secret, Unix, Tandem, Database, LAN, Email, Blackberry, Remote, Instant Messaging, and Mortgage, Financial, and Wholesale systems
  • IT certification such as: Security+ or CCNA, A +, Network +, SSCP, MCSE, and CCNP
